Kinsale for Sinead's 27th, Charles Fort one of Europes best preserved forts overlooking the pristine harbour. Along the coast of West Cork through Clonakilty home of Black and White pudding and birthplace of Michael Collins. Drombeg Stone Circle on the way to Baltimore.

Tipperary
Clonmel home to the Bulmers apples. The impressive Rock of Cashel, Cathedral and seat of power for the rulers of Munster.

Waterford
The Deise and Dan the Man Shanahan.The River Suir. Our personal walking tour of the town, taking in the Viking era Reginald's tower, French Church, old city walls and Christchurch Cathedral.
